Biondi Rigging History

Biondi Rigging was incorporated in 1993 by Jay and Barbara Biondi, Jay learned his trade from his father James P. Biondi and his uncle Nicholas J. Biondi, both still working in the field at WJ Casey Trucking and Rigging Co. Inc. (see Links).

Biondi Rigging started from humble beginnings with a gas powered 1958 B Model Mack Truck and a rope capstan winch in the driveway of our home in Saratoga Springs, NY. We also rented outside parking for a while when the equipment became to large for our driveway.

Our first crane was a 1966 Lima 500TC lattice Boom Rig.

In 1999 we relocated the business to Hadley, NY. A great facility for us at the time. The cranes have been continually updated to keep up with changing times. We have owned a 1992 Krupp all terrain for a long time. We had a 2002 Grove TMS875C along with 2 small National Boom Trucks.

100 Ton Krupp 4100
75 Ton Grove TMS 875C
23 Ton National 1295
Freightliner 10 Ton Tilt Bed
In 2005 we purchased a new
Tadano/Faun ATF110G-5 All Terrain.

In 2006 we relocated to our new facility to
68 Park Road in Queensbury, NY.
